I think you're okay with the food and items required for pets, but the actual animals you have there don't look very healthy. Some are energetic and bouncy, but others, like one miniature fox terrier I saw on my last visit, looked absolutely terrified of his environment and was shaking, frightened as kids came to look at him. I do know that most of your animals are completely healthy, but I'm not sure if where you're getting them from is such a great place. Maybe try and change the places you get them from, as a rabbit I bought from your store a few months back died after two weeks of owning him. It's a shame, because I grew really attached to him and he would bounce happily and eat his food but after a few days he started to grow oddly reclusive. I took him to the vet, and it turned out he must've been poorly bred, because guess what? He only had one kidney. I was careful of the amount of water I gave him after that, but I was confused as to why he eventually couldn't walk, he wouldn't eat. Now, there is a small chance he might've been, I don't know, adapting to his new environment, but that still wouldn't explain why he was inbred with one kidney and died a few weeks later. I've lived with rabbits before, so I'm confident I was raising him right. It just makes me so mad to see that they're selling such a poor, tiny little rabbit about the size of my palm with only one kidney and health problems. I thought that you would've at least checked their health before deciding to sell them. I do really hope you try to improve the health and wellbeing of your animals, otherwise more bad reviews will come through. I'd like to be reassured that they aren't selling animals for the money.

  • I have a happy dog that I bought out of a glass pen (oh the humanity!) from this store. My dog is incredibly happy and quite sane (until I get his squeaky toy out). My personal experience: polite and professional service by staff that clearly loved what they do. I didn't find any cruel sadists lurking in the shadows- quite the contrary! The people I encountered cared greatly for their animals and made it their business to make sure the customer was well informed of the responsibility involved in pet ownership.
